I thought my carpets were clean because I had them cleaned once a year, so I thought nothing of it and left them there to clean them, but I was really surprised to see all the dirty water, sand, and hair that came out after cleaning my carpets. While other companies have been cleaning within an hour, this one took a while and I was a little dissatisfied, but I realized why other companies just cleaned right away. Even though the carpets look clean, there are a lot of contaminants inside, Clean Mountain is really thorough and I was really grateful for their reasonable price. Thank you.
